• To provide AI-powered pet health analysis
• To maintain your pet profiles and scan history
• To improve our AI models and service quality
• To send important service updates and notifications
• To process subscription payments via Stripe

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Pet photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) for pet health analysis processing
• Stripe for payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers for data storage

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page, or contact us directly.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SnapaPaw provides AI-generated health insights for informational purposes only. Our analysis is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical advice regarding your pet's health.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data and pet profiles for as long as your account is active. Pet photos uploaded for analysis are retained to support your scan history. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

SnapaPaw is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of SnapaPaw after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
