By accessing or using SnapaPaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SnapaPaw provides AI-powered pet health insights through photo scanning. Our service includes health reports, breed-specific insights, urgency alerts, and AI chat for pet health questions.

3. Medical Disclaimer

SnapaPaw is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Our AI-generated analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice for your pet. In case of emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

4. Subscription Plans

SnapaPaw offers Free, Plus ($7.99/month), and Premium ($19.99/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your pets
  • Do not upload inappropriate or non-pet-related images
  • Do not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapaPaw a limited license to process and analyze the images for the purpose of providing our service. AI-generated health reports are provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnapaPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated health analysis. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
